The Technology Farm
The Cornell Agriculture and Food Technology Park is a seventy acre research, development, and production park located adjacent to Cornell University’s New York State Agricultural Experiment Station. The Park capitalizes on its connection with Cornell’s Food Science program by working to capitalize on intellectual capital generated at the University and elsewhere. The site contains seventy acres of Start Up NY certified, shovel ready sites and a business incubator with office, lab, and production space.
Geneva Industrial Park
The Geneva Industrial Park is a 150-acre, fully-served, publicly-owned park, with sites ranging from 5 to 25 acres. The site is located five miles from Interstate 90, and is served by Norfolk Southern and CSX via our local partner Finger Lakes Railway.
Geneva Enterprise Development Center
The GEDC is a service and manufacturing incubator, with nearly 200,000 s.f. of manufacturing and office space. The site is served by high-speed fiber optics, and can support a range of uses.
