Learn to reduce stress, improve flexibility and increase self awareness. Class will include yoga postures, breathing techniques and guided deep relaxation. Wear comfy clothing and bring a mat.

Flexing & Toning with Susan Srmack

This class consists of floor exercises for toning the muscles and stretching to increase flexibility. Great for all levels of ability. Bring sneakers and participants can join this class at anytime!
