Yoga with Mary Capozzi— Summer Session
Dates: Monday’s June 5—August 28 (no class 7/3,7/24) 11 weeks in length

Non-Resident Learn to reduce stress, improve flexibility and increase self awareness. Class will include yoga postures, breathing techniques and guided deep relaxation. Wear comfy clothing and bring a mat.

Flexing & Toning with Susan Srmack Summer Session 1             (6 weeks)
Days & Dates: Monday’s June 12-July 17
Friday’s June 16-July 21
Times: 12:15-12:45pm

Flexing & Toning – Session 2     (7 weeks)
Days & Dates: Monday’s July 31-Sept. 11 (no 9/4, sub in Weds. 9/6)
Friday’s Aug. 4-Sept. 15
Times: 12:15-12:45pm

2x per week: $38.50 City/Town $52.50 Non-Res.

This class consists of floor exercises for toning the muscles and stretching to increase flexibility. Great for all levels of ability. Bring sneakers and participants can join this class at anytime!

Though our sessions have a start & end date, please don’t hesitate to contact us to see if there is space available, our instructors are happy taking new additions after program sessions have started.
