YOGA SPRING SESSION I with Carol Lynch
Dates: March 1-April 12
Day/Times: Weds. 6:30-7:45pm
Location: W. Street School, Mini Gym
Fees: 7 weeks of classes—$42 City/Town $49 Non-Res

Join Carol Lynch for a class that is designed for beginning levels of practice. Focus will be on learning how to reduce stress, improve flexibility and increase self awareness through yoga. Bring your mat, some water and get ready for a renewed “you” in 2017!

YOGA SPRING SESSION II with Carol Lynch
Dates: Wednesday, April 26-May 31
Times:
6:30-7:45pm

Fee: $36 City/Town   $42 Non-Resident
Learn to reduce stress, improve flexibility and increase self awareness. Class will include yoga postures, breathing techniques and guided deep relaxation.

Flexing & Toning  Spring Session I
Class consists of floor exercises for toning the muscles and stretching to increase flexibility. Great for all levels
of ability. No jumping! Bring sneakers

Dates: Monday’s and/or Friday’s  March 6- Fri. April 21 (7 weeks of programming)

Flexing & Toning  Winter Spring Session II

Mon.’s April 24-June 5 & Friday‘s April 28-June 9 (no class 4/29, sub in 4/31)

Fee: 1x wk: $17.50 City/Town $24.50 Non-Res.
2x per week: $35 City/Town $49 Non-Resident

Though our sessions have a start & end date, please don’t hesitate to contact us to see if there is space available, our instructors are happy taking new additions after program sessions have started.
