Sidewalk Improvement Loan Program
The City of Geneva has partnered with the Lyons National Bank to provide a low-interest, short-term loan for sidewalk improvements. If you are interested in obtaining a loan for sidewalk improvements, you should schedule a sidewalk inspection with the Department of Public Works (789-3101), then contact a contractor in the area to determine the approximate cost of the sidewalk improvement.
Once you have received your estimate, contact Lyons National Bank at 781-5000 or visit the Geneva branch on 399 Exchange Street to begin the loan process.
Currently, the City of Geneva does not offer a grant for sidewalk improvement.
Tax Credit Program
