The City of Geneva is seeking two proposals from qualified firms to implement portions of the “Open Space and Connectivity” strategy within its State-approved North End BOA Revitalization Plan. The Planning and Engineering Services RFP will include a feasibility study, recommendations and schematic designs for projects which will enhance access to open space and neighborhood connectivity. The Brand Development and Signage Design RFP will include the development of a marketing brand to promote new recreational development in the North End BOA. These are two separate RFP’s and interested firms should submit individual proposals for these projects.
